Doug Snyder Biography

Business Experience

Firms

The Snyder Firm, PA (1990-Present) – Partner in accounting firm that serves clients in more than 40 counties in South Carolina. The Firm provides accounting, tax and consulting services to more than 200 emerging business and more than 100 nonprofit organizations. 

Price Waterhouse Coopers (1983-1989) – Promoted to position of financial services manager within the international accounting firm.  The diverse client base included small businesses, nonprofit, and governmental entities.

Technical Expertise and Presentation Skills

Served as an instructor for several South Carolina Association of CPAs training courses and taught national courses sponsored by an international accounting firm for nonprofit and small business issues.  Serves as an instructor for South Carolina Association of Nonprofit Organizations.  Published many magazine and newspaper articles regarding corporate and individual financial and tax matters.  Frequent guest on radio talk shows such as Financial Insights.
